Can I get my company to pay for the registration?
Many companies are willing to support the scientific community within their walls by purchasing passes for their employees. We encourage you to talk to your supervisor and see if you can get your entire department or group to go to the meeting.

As a exhibitor, what benefits do I gain?
You will be able to have very personal communications with numerous scientists from the greater Boston/Cambridge area to discuss products and services. Please click here for more information.
Can I get a discount at the Royal Sonesta?
Call the Royal Sonesta directly at 617-806-4200 and ask for the NESACS meeting room rate which may or may not be available.
Where do I park?
You can park at the Royal Sonesta and receive the meeting rate for the day. The garage is very small so if it is full, there is plenty of parking across the street at the Galleria parking lot. See the Directions page.
What is the typical schedule?
Registration will start at 8:00AM. Talks will begin at 9:00AM. The Symposium includes a lunch and Exhibitor Showcase from ~12:00 noon to 2:00PM. The Exhibitor Showcase is also open during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks. The Symposium will end around 5:00PM but you are welcome to mingle with friends and colleagues at the Royal Sonesta.
The Exhibitor Showcase allows vendors to provide information on relevant products and services to both the medicinal and process R&D scientific communities. This is an excellent opportunity to meet with industry representatives to discuss their services and products.
Will there be a symposium in the future?
There is a Spring and Fall meeting so please check back to the website for more information regarding dates and times. Typically, the Spring meeting will be held in April and the Fall meeting will be held in October. The Spring symposium will feature new synthetic methodology and medicinal chemistry while the Fall symposium will focus on new synthetic methodology and process related chemistry. Where do I eat lunch if I choose not to eat the lunch provided?
Restaurants within walking distance from the hotel include: Dante (Italian) & Gallery Café (American)- at the hotel. PF Chang (Chinese), Cheesecake Factory (American), California Pizza Kitchen, & a Food Court (various options)- across the street at the Galleria Mall. Bambara (New American) across street at the Hotel Marlowe. Helmand (Afghani), Similans (Thai), and Boca Grande (Mexican) 2 blocks (5 minute walk all on First Street between 143 and 149 First Street).
